There are lots of ways of interacting with me online. Of course, you can always comment on my blog. I love getting comments and it makes blogging so much more fun, as fellow bloggers will know. Blogging can sometimes seem like one huge monologue but when readers comment, it becomes interactive and turns into a dialogue. So if you read my blog, but have never commented, don’t be shy and drop me a comment sometime. I promise I won’t bite!

If you enjoy reading my blog, you can subscribe to new posts in a reader or by email. You can also join my blog via Google Connect (in the sidebar) so my blog posts will show up on Blogger if you use that for keeping up with blogs.

Then there is Twitter. I tweet, you tweet, we all tweet. Are you following me yet?

You can also add me on DailyMile which I use for logging my workouts. It’s basically a social networking site for anyone who likes to keep track of their workouts, and I think it’s great.

Of course you can also add me on MyFitnessPal. I have only been using it for the past month but I am absolutely loving it, and am on there a lot more often than Twitter or even Facebook these days. It is great for tracking calories but also for finding support from like-minded people.

And finally, you can email me using this form. I love getting emails (even though sometimes it takes me a while to reply to them).

    • I agree. Glad you found me again. Had I known you didn’t know about my new blog I would have told you. I unfortunately messed up my old blog’s feed before I updated it with the new URL so many people probably never read that post. Sorry.
