A little motivation goes a long way

I was actually sent this by my supervisor for motivation at work, but I decided to share it here because it spoke to me even more strongly with regard to weight loss and fitness.

It’s absolutely perfect for a day when you are struggling, having a hard time or doubting yourself. Be sure to watch it.

Something to remember on this journey to health. I am human, we all are, and we are not perfect. But even when I mess up, I am still making better choices than I used to. A ‘bad day’ is no reason to give up, but instead think about the things that were good that day, and start fresh the next day.

This is for all of you who have had a hard time lately, who have been struggling. I’ve been there, and I know how hard it is to build up the motivation to start. To not just say ‘I’ll start tomorrow’ but to say ‘I’m starting now’ and mean it. Stop making excuses. Stop procrastinating. You can do it! Once you do, you’ll feel great, believe me.
